Clear to Close!!!!!!

Just got a call from my LO. I sign loan docs tomorrow and close on Friday the 25th. I am still in shock and couldn't be happier Smiley Happy

Thanks all! This forum has kept me sane and informed throughout the whole process. My process was LONG because I purchased a short sale that had a first and a second, plus a lien from the HOA. It took over nine months to get the short sale approval letter from the bank! Anyone considering buying a short sale, be sure to ask if they have a first and a second. If they do...be prepared to wait and wait some more or find something else.
