I still can't believe it!! I have read the e-mail 30 times just this morning. It just astounds me that we will save money, and a sizeable amount by buying this home. The owner is holding an auction tonight (home in family for 58 years) so we are going with the hopes of scoring some of her beautiful furniture, and antiques! We just can't thank the people who contribute to this site enough. No way we would have been a homeowner in the next few years without the knowledge gained from countless people on myfico.

I so agree with you! If it wasn't for myfico, I would still be renting! I can't wait to move over to the rebuild board and tear through my report and get all of this cleaned up! Good luck at the auction!
