Sent to UW Monday morning and got the clear to close from the UW this afternoon - NO CONDITIONS!!
I almost hyperventilated at work! 
Our originally scheduled closing date was 6/29 and it has been moved up to 6/27. All the hard work of the last 4 months has paid off and I've got to say I couldn't have survived it or done it without this community. Our family has been living in a ratty little rental for the last couple of years and next week we close on our lovely, fully renovated home.
Holy crap. I just realized we'd better start packing again! 
To everyone still in limbo or waiting for good news on your applications, I will be rooting for you!

Thanks everyone! I've been lurking for the last few months, gatthering information, sympathizing and wondering how we'd make it happen. My little boys are happy to get their very own rooms and DH & I are cheering that we're almost done with this crazy rental... My LO asked if 3 or 4pm would work Wednesday and I laughed and told him pick the time and place, we'll be there!! lol
