Clear to close?

Man, SO we have been waiting on underwriting for what feels like years. They needed some more info after the conditions, not another actual condition, but basically an explanation. Anyway, our loan processor said she had been waiting on our bond documents (the downpayment assistance program) So, she said she was sending over copies to the UW so she can clear the close.. then she would overnight the HARD copies of the documents.

My question, once we get the clear to close, how long after do you normally close?

Re: Clear to close?

Just that. A process, long, emotional, stressful.. I cannot wait to close and be free of this stress. I think i've aged 10 years.
