Yeah!! I am so excited. We got the clear to close. I was so worried for nothing. This has been one major roller coaster ride to get approved, to get an offer accepted, and now finally the clear to close. I will do my part of the closing on 7/21 and the sellers will do their part on 7/25. They are doing a lease back for the weekend so they have time to move and I get the keys on 7/28!! I am so excited. thanks to everyone here who gave me support, advice, and encouragement. I am finally going to be a homeowner!! WOOHOO!!
