congrats how did the closing go? did you get the keys right there on the spot?

It was great. It took all of 30 minutes. My loan had funded before I even got there so I got the keys right away. Unfortunately she gave me the wrong keys but she did bring them to me later that evening.

Great! i have an estimated close date for the 13th but i do not have a clear to close as they are still asking for more and more info. hopefully i will have a clear to close very soon!
