Sucessfully closed on my house today.  LO never said a word about the ordeal and I did not expect him to.  Thanks everyone for their input.

@ BamaGuy,

 

I Took the credit line increase and it was not a hard pull.. Spoke to my LO before doing it though! now my rebuilding credit card of $500 is at $1500 and will come in handy once we move and trying to buy stuff for the house (AFTER CLOSING ofcourse!!!)
