Hi my fellow FiCO friends just wanted to say thank for all the advice I have received! I don't post much but I have learned lots and lots from reading the boards and just wanted to say thanks so much!

I went from being in the 500s 3 yrs ago to almost making it to the 700 club! I got my first home with an avg. of 684 credit score, with a interest rate of 4.25% from wells fargo!

I am 25 and got my first home on my own!!!
