After a horrendous experience with WellsFargo that ended in 3 wasted months, I closed today with Freedom Financial Group (FFG). I went from a interest only (schedule to reset November 1) to a 30-year FHA fixed.
The entire process was painless and literally only took a couple of weeks. I'm sure having all of my information handy and to them in a very timely manner didn't hurt, but this was the best experience I've had (including my initial closing)
