Congrats!!! I also closed on 7/31... finally after 60 days initially dealing with a subpar realtor and inattentive lender, viewing proeprties, and then 60 more days of ups & downs from my offer to settlement closing but at least with a much better realtor & mortgage broker. Happy 1st time homeowner now though! The perseverance paid off.
