It was such a smooth process. 

 

30 years fixed @3.375% with NVR Mortgage.

Nc can u pls provide your scores and total closing costs including builder incentive. I am in underwriting with nvr and we were quoted a 3.75 and 14k closing costs which includes builder 7500 closing cost incentive

Starting Score:TransUnion: 698 (12 FEB 2010), Equifax: 674 (12 FEB 2010)
Current Score:TransUnion: 703 (11 NOV 2012), Equifax: 637 (11 NOV 2012), Experian: 628 (11 NOV 2012)
Goal Score:All scores 700+ by Dec 2013!!

My scores are all close to 800.

 

My closing cost was 4.5K and no builder incentive.
