We closed today! Loan funded an hour after closing and keys are in hand. It was one of the happiest days of my life. It feels so good.

Closing went super smooth, everything was relaxed and perfect.

We did an FHA loan, 3.75% fixed rate over 30 years, 3.5% down with a mid score of 640. It took us 30 days from offer to close!

Good luck to all of you that are waiting to close.

   Congrats and welcome to the club!  Does it feel real??  I closed Friday and I think its just starting to sink in and I am feeling normal again!
