Closing Date Scheduled ***FINALLY*

Got an email from my builder yesterday....and my walk through is 7/21 and close is 7/25 at 2pm....Lender sent me the appraisal and homeowners insurance is all set...does this mean I have a clear to close?  My lender told me last week the only thing left that she needed to do was re-verify employment.....SUPER EXCITED

Congrats!! I've seen other people actually get a call or email from LO informing them they have the CTC. Took them long enough to get you the close date, but your patience paid off. Get the movers ready!
