We now have an official closing date for our refi! Apparently all was well with the paperwork and we will sign this week. I hope it goes as smoothly as the rest of the process! Less than four weeks from start to finish...wow!

I'm guessing you have a bit of equity, or a great appraisal....or both! I'm envious!!

BK 7 discharge 06.24.2020 No Fico score at all.

Yipee! We signed the papers this afternoon - woo-hoo!!!

Our appraisal came back lower than we expected, but still enough for the refi. If the appraisal numbers were right, we own about 37% of our home right now. LOL!

Time to go car shopping! Mama needs a new car.
