Whew. After seriously attacking my reports for a few months I closed on our "new" house yesterday! The VA process was relatively simple (owners had to have three things repaired), but they came back with the appraisal the same that we offered. Hard to believe that it happened, but talk about relief! I'm proof that it can be done with the assistance of the users here.
