Figured I would get the May closers thread started!

I close MAY 7th!!!!! I cannot wait. I am in underwriting right now and am nervous and stressing.

Congratulations!  Lord willing, I will be closing in April or May.  My loan officer told me he expects up to close by the end of next week but I don't think he was thinking clearly : )  I would not be surprised if we close by the end of this month though.

It took me from Sept 11, 2011 to Jan 24, 2012 to get a home... my prayers are with you, don't give up!  It was all due to the financing... I went through 4 mortgage companies...  2 LOs lost their job because of my file....

But I got to close... don't lose hope!

Yes, we are closing May 14th.  We are also in underwriting right now and waiting on conditions.  Waiting, waiting, waiting.  It's so hard!
