I just wired the money for the down payment and closing costs to the title company and have an appoointment set for Thursday to sign and should reviece my keys on Friday after it funds and records, just in time to start moving into my first house over the long holiday weekend, It still does not seem real to me.

That's great! Congratulations I am hoping to close Thursday as well, but i still haven't heard "clear to close" yet...so we'll see. Good for you, enjoy the move and lots of happiness in your home for many years to come!

Congrats! I finally received my clear to close yesterday. I close Friday night (after work) and will receive my keys Friday as well. This has been quite the journey!

Moving in AZ in the summer time sucks but this time i am oddly excited and happy about this move, i don't care how hot it is i will finally have something that is mine and not have to answer to a loandlord.
