Closing on Monday!

Finally closing the deal on Monday 16th. I am self employed and am closing at 4.5% and had no problems in the process. Took approx 2 weeks from the start.  Credit scores are good and proved income with 2 years tax returns.

I'm in the same self employed situation, and would love a rate like that! Can I ask what your debt to income ratio is and who your lender is?
