Closing tomorrow....

and I am so nervous.  I havent slept a full night sleep for a few days already.  Just put in for the rest of the week off...i have been stalking my emails to see if i will get any bad news, checking credit report to see if any hits...

Tomorrow is taking too long to come..I know I won't sleep well tonight again

I know how you feel.  I close on the 7th and its killing me.  My LO is completely unresponsive though Processor is helpful.  I'm dying to buy some appliances but I don't even want to take any money out of savings let alone break out a credit card for that until I have keys in hand.

Take a deep breath.............Relax and enjoy the moment.  It's not everyday you become a homeowner))))))   You've done all the hard work up to this point, receive your blessings, you will be fine.

Thanks guys, but I still have another stressful day...Title company called yesterday and have now moved the closing to tomorrow...sighh...

Apparently the builder haven't received the Certificate of Occupancy yet, they are hoping to get it today and perhaps we can still close later so fingers crossed. 

SGTODD: I never even heard from my LO to say that I got the clear to close or final approval.  My processor was the one holding my hands when I was stressing.  I intend on sending her a nice fruit basket, cause she really did go out her way to help me and calm me.

Aw, that's cruddy but it's almost there.  I can't imagine how stressful that is.  We are supposed to close Monday and if they push it back all of our installs and movers and everything will have to be pushed back as well.  I hope that's not the case for you.  Hang in there.  It's almost here!   Hopefully this weekend you'll be moving into your new home!

So we ended up closing today as planned. Took about an hour or so, got our keys and will be getting a check back tomorrow for $2900+ (nice, which technically is our money anyway, lol)

I don't feel anyway different though maybe when we actually move I maybe elated.
