Received my commitment to loan letter today from Wells Fargo (FHA loan) with a few conditions to meet...most of which I have already sent to them. I'm sure more documentation requests are on the way but I'm hoping that we're good to go. Closing date is Aug. 22nd and I'll be sure to keep you posted. This forum has such an awesome help!
