Common Law vs Community Property state

I live in Oregon, which I just learned is a "common law" state rather than a community property state. Does this mean I can apply for a mortgage is my name only and leave her credit reports out of it? It would greatly simplify things if I only have one credit file to clean up...

All income is mine BTW, she does not work as she is disabled.
