I'm so excited! I cannot believe how fast we are moving (to make up for days off over the holiday). My loan processor emailed me that we received conditional approval today! They are also calling to find out when the appraisal will be completed (that feels like my last big hurdle).
The conditions are all minor, just have to scan in documents that I already have in my files and we are food to go.
1. Contact at work for voe
2. Document showing how my car was paid off
3. Document showing terms of my 401k loan
4. Proof of closing funds
5. Letter explaining all my capital one payments - lol on that one (many accounts so many payments)
