Confrence Call with the Credit B?

I received this email from my LO today:

I just spoke to the processor ,she said that you may have to do a conference call today with her & the credit bureau. The loan will probably go to the underwriter tomorrow who will do the final check & conditions. It takes her 48 to 72 hrs to complete..... Any thought anyone????

Never had to do anything like that. Do you have a fraud alert or something that maybe they need to clear up.

I got this message from my LO as well today. The company is called Certified Credit Reporting. Ugg, I just want this to be done!!

My husband and I both had to do conference calls. Some companies won't update with the lenders so they need you on the phone. Sallie Mae being one of them. They are no big deal.

They called one of my credit lines that was not reporting on my credit b. Now I am concern debt ratio maybe too high..

FICO 9:
Filed Chapter 13 on 6/1/2017 after job loss. Discharged 6/1/2022.

Goal: Gardening!
