Conventional Loan With Spouse's Judgement

Anyone know whether my wife's judgement will have to be settled prior to applying for a conventional loan in my name alone? 

I was told they will only use me for qualifying and she will only be on the deed. Will something come up that keeps us from purchasing

and closing on a home in regards to her judgement? Texas is a community property state but the judgement is in her name only? Any help?

I had a judgement that had to be paid in Oklahoma before closing on a home that I was not on the mortgage for.
