Which would be the best loan for me to take a conventional, VA or FHA. I'm hoping to qualify for approximately 100k and putting 10% down. I had a VA loan in the early 90's and the home which was sold by my ex shortly after the divorce. I'm hoping I still qualify for the VA so I would have a couple of options for financing. Annual Income is 60-70k. Employed with the same employer for 15 years. Any suggestions?
