Would I qualify for an fha loan? Scores are 632 652 and 610 ... Income is 32000 .. Single .. Loan would be for 140,000 and house appraises for 199000

I'm in the process of paying down all credit card debit to zero and my car payment is 454 .. One collection from a year ago and no negatives or derogatories

I meant to say I'm in Vermont ... My gross income is 39780 but after insurance and retirement savings it's shows around 32000 .. Single family home I've rented for 2 1/2 years and have never been late and I pay 1200 per month. I get 458 a month in child support but it ends within 3 years so I assume it's not usable
