I co signed on an apartment and the occupants cleared the apartment a few days after I left the state. I have my P.O. Box in the new state as my address but never heard from the company as I assumed all is well. I'm due to close on the 23 now since issues have arrived with the seller. I can pay the 1100 on the report but is this a deal breaker what's my next course of action. Will our report be pulled again prior to closing bring it was pulled Nov 15
I didn't have this debt as they were moving out unfortunately, they fail to pay last month rent. I didn't get notification and I provided a forwarding address.
