No one knows what will happen with the rates or housing prices.  It is only an educated guess at this point.  If you can get into a house now, you should.  That's my advice at least.

We can't get into a house right this moment because we're building one that won't be ready until December. I was simply looking for educated guesses so we can plan as best as possible. Thanks.
