My LO pulled my reports on 05/11/2009. I was approved through the automated underwriting process and the paperwork is in underwriting now.
We expect to close in the middle of June. The house will be completed at the end of this month.
Do you think they will need to pull another credit report?

i hear that some lenders do.
is this a lender? or a broker?
basically, you answer lies with your loan officer.

I chose the easy answer of no..........
For the most part it shouldn't really matter. An extra couple points of a second pull shouldn't worry anyone.
I see too many people on this site stressing over the second pull......
This should be the least of your worries.
Didn't mean to sound short with the first answer!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the feedback. I know I shouldn't stress over a possible second pull. I guess it is just my anxiety getting the best of me. I know how hard I have worked to get my scores up, and I know how easily they tumble.
Thanks again for the feedback.
