I agree, never ever heard of a mortgage enhanced Fico score, only the TU98 and TU04 versions that differ.

Just a FYI!

EQ launched a BEACON Mortgage FICO Score a few years ago.  Its not believed to be widely used. There aren't any Mortgage Enhanced FICO scores for EX and TU. I hope this clears things up.
