Credit score and Loan

Hi all,

     I am going to try to get a mortgage loan but wondering why there is such a difference in the Equifax score compared to TransUnion and Experian, it has been consistent difference of 30 points on myfico. Will the difference affect the % rate I will have to pay for the loan?

It's your middle mortgage score that will affect your rate.
