Application is going to UW today and also found out that BF's last baddie fell off causing his middle score to move up into the next bracket (same interest, less closing costs). Can the new score be used or are we stuck with the original terms?
My husband's middle score just increased earlier this week, they were able to change the amount we were required to have in reserves to $6000 from $9500. So I'm sure you can as well, just have them pull his score to verify the increase.
