I am in Texas and the home buyers club was very helpful. The agent on the other hand was a condescending jerk . I chose another company for this reason.

I am in the HBC program and i dont see the benefit. The consultant i have is crap. She always short responds and does not seem very helpful. I decided to find another company to help with my repair. 

I honestly am so skeptical of all the bad customer service reviews and i cant seem to understand why? Especially if they are the TOP BUILDER.

Ask if you can work with Norma Guerrera-Cowes. My agent swears by her. She also has like eleventy billion awards.
