DTI Calculations on a joint mortgage question?

Hey guys, going to go for a mortgage soon and it will be a joint mortgage with my fiancee.
However we have a Joint Debt Consolidation loan through Lending club that has a $422 payment a month. When looking at sites such as credit karma "Borrowing Power" calculations, the payment shows up individually on both of our reports since we just look at it one at a time. Now will a mortgage person be able to see that it is the same loan and calculate it as a single $422 payment toward our overall Joint DTI or will they see it as two $422 payments and count it as a $844 payment toward our DTI even though it really isn't?

Thanks for any help in advanced!

Hi Damikester,
A lender will see that it's a joint account & only count the payment once.
