...its a very small med over 3 yrs old ...it will not in any way affect your mortgage unless you use a very conservative lender who requires it be paid ...in that case, pay it
...in the meantime, the dispute WILL cause you problems and affect your scores ...so call the CRAs and have it removed ...hth
