I was supposed to close on December 12 it is now December 26 and they are saying it will not be done until Monday December 30... Cutting it too close. Additionally, my GFE says I only need $3400 down for closing costs and the down payment but seller is paying 2%?. Now FHA says I need the full 3.5% down which will make it $4600 which I do not have. What is happening here? Oh and the seller is at their witts end, they are saying they are and can pull out.

Well, I was gonna wait to post but we now have documents to the title company and are scheduled to close Monday Dec 30th at 2pm ...I've posted various issues we've had here in the forum and I have to say much like some of you its been a long way back and I would not have gotten here without the "life experience" , willingness to help and straight up brutal honesty (some cases)..lol that the forum has provided and for that I owe all of you so much thanks! Below is how things have went for me and my fiance.
