December 2013 Closers!!

I quit. I effing quit.
I was supposed to close on December 12th. According to my useless LO docs went to title Friday to wait for them to call today to sign docs. Waiting by phone all day.. No call, finally after searching for title company's number (which LO would not give me) they have no idea where my docs are. Tomorrow they close early, I made arrangements to close today and it isn't happening.
After dealing with everyone mad at me from the seller to the Seller's agent to my agent to riding my LO and his assistant I AM DONE.

Sorry to hear..that but done get discouraged.....have you talked to the processor....stay optimistic....hell my first two contracts fell thru..and lost more 4k in the process..but the third time was a charm....stay prayed up ..many of us have been thru alot...ride it out.

I know exactly how you feel! I was supposed to close on 12/23 but my LO screwed EVERYTHING up and our file still hadn't been to underwriting by Dec. 20th - so instead of ME quitting on the house, I FIRED that worthless LO and got a new one!! Now I am closing on Jan 8th. Keep thinking positive
