I hope to be able to say that by the end of the week. Our closing is pushed until the 6th, at the earliest. The title company had my husbands old, paid judgement pop up (from 2004) so we have to get something from the state showing it's been satisfied. Who knows how long that will take. UW has signed off on everything else though! Woohoo. The seller also had to push it back a day, so it worked out for everyone.
Thanks everyone..im so happy to finally be a homeowner although I had sellers from HELL literally...it was a constant struggle over repairs, leasebuyback and etc. Im just glad its over and hope I never see them again. I will not let them steal my JOY

So, you couldn't get the appraisal done until the house was built? My broker submitted to USDA 12/12...but, the builder won't be able to break ground until after winter...maybe March. Will I have to submit new documentation? W-2, pay stubs, taxes (2013) etc.?
I held off on writing this post due to the fact we could go into a January closing but my LO told me it would most likely close before xmas! RD (USDA) here in AZ is currently working on applications from Dec 4th, which means ours will be up for review shortly. Long process, but I am going to miss the adventure and non stop conjecture about what paint colors/ interior design scheme we are going to use (sigh...I think I lose to my fiance on this one).
