**Additional info** I had a simultaneous closing while selling my existing home through Opendoor and I have to say the experience was awesome! Initially took them up on their offer back in October. Had a 60 day closing option and everything ended up working out, even when my wife and I thought we wouldn't find the right house to buy. Highly recommend using Opendoor if you don't want to go through the normal selling process.
