Last week we were givin our list of conditions & we got them ready and Loan officer came down(shes awsome!) on her day off on friday! She called last nite too let us know underwritter signed off. We go in later to day to finish signing loan papers! Our list of conditons were proof my wife was a US citzen(shes from Canada) and a gift letter & bank statments from her parents. We kinda screwed up. Her parents always pay for our flights when(us and our kids) we go visit them. We had already paid for them & they paid us back when we got there. So I put there money order for $4,500 in savings & it didnt fly with the underwritter lol! Anyways out mid scores are both in the 720s.

Just got an email from loan officer. She said she locked our rate at 3.5% instead of 3.65% which is a savings of 2k! Just wanted to share so happy lol
