why ? they both are depreciating assets at this time with housing expected to fall more in 08.
Housing is simply an investment, much like stocks and bonds.
I have no debt so the impact on a new car will do nothing to push my DTI outside the box and I can live with the score ding that may come with.
I just really need a new car.
