Things happen for a reason and obviously this isn't meant to be at this time.....just continue to keep your credit clean and save as much as you can and see what happens in six months, maybe the house isn't even 'the one" with the septic issue anyway.......

 

Hang in there - time goes by too fast anyway (As I get reminded of often when I am venting about things, too). 

 

You did get screwed by the LO, though.  What bank was that??????

From what I've read; 12 months with no late payments is pretty much written in stone.

Starting Score: 675
Current Score: EX 753 FICO, EQ 750 FICO
Goal Score: 776 FICO

U S Bank. Meeting with inlaws tomorrow. The hardest part is losing the acreage if they can't give us 5 more months. It is what it is.
