On my TU report I have a section reading........Adjustable rate morgage info.
Under it is noted......................Public record mortgage details. This area details all of the info of my current mortgage including, loan amt, initial interet rate, rate calc change, change rate limit, first rate change cap, max rate, and combined loan to value. Is this legal? I feel this is personal info that no one needs to know other than me. Can this be of benefit to anyone other than me? I can understand reporting the total amount owed but not the other details. Does anyone else have this on their report(s)? Thanks for your input.
