I think you are fine. I also pay $100 a month for 2006 taxes. It will be paid off at tax time next year. I wouldn't worry about it if it isn't on your credit report. My broker told me it would be a problem if it was on my credit report. He said if it was, the lender would want it paid. I wouldn't be concerned.
