Congrats! I'm so glad you perservered. We were pretty much in the same boat; not because of our credit reports but because my DH was retiring from the military so it was an income issue. We also found a lender that worked with us. The LO and the mortgage company really can make a difference.

I will be writing a long post describing my journey from start to finish as soon as I get the keys Monday morning at 930am. I live in Florida ed. I will pm the info on my awesome lo as well after I get keys. I am not doing anything to jinx it. I still have fears that I will get to the table and they will all start laughing at me and say "you didn't think we were serious, did you?"
