I did a VA a year ago in GA and it was pretty painless.  I am pretty sure you will need LO's for the judgment and collection.  Other than that you look pretty good to me.  Good luck!

Assuming you can prove that level of income for 2 years on tax returns you should be golden. I had two judgments that came up on public records (both paid) and a simple letter of explanation took care of that.
