Just wondering what rate / packages I can reasonably qualify for…hoping to get PITI below $1,300/mo with 5% down on $237,500 purchase price and $5,000 seller credit.
1. Credit - USAA CreditCheck Numbers: EX 761, EQ 739, TU 652. MyFICO EQ 700 (should bump up soon), CreditKarma says 733. No judgements, collections, liens, etc. Waiting on accounts for which I am an AU to fall off. The EX 761 number is after two high until AUs fell off yesterday.
2. Income - 72,000/yr salary.
3. Source of income is full time employment.
4. Monthly debt payments: Car note for $230/mo. No student loans. Zero balance on cards in my name.
5. Employment - 10.5 years on current job. 20+ years in the industry.
6. Assets - $27,000 in money market account. About $40,000 in retirement account.
7. Location - Lee County, AL
8. Property - single family detached home that is currently occupied
9. Value - under contract for $237,500 with $5,000 seller closing credit
10. Occupancy - primary residence
11. Transaction type - purchase.
