Do We Qualfly for 8000 Credit!

Hey all me and dw are on the tiltle but not the mortage we are refinacing into our names would we qualifly for the credit after closing....I HOPE SO>>

No the credit does'nt have anything to do with having a mortgage or not. Its about owning the house-so since you are already on the deed, you already own the house so would not be a first time home owner.
