Lots of builders around here offer no closing costs if you use Wells Fargo (their preferred lender). I would like to use one of the pros here, because of all the hard work they've put into answering my questions over the years. Can anyone tell me if the pros here go through Wells Fargo, or is WF self-contained? Or, how difficult is it typically to negotiate closing costs with a different lender? Is that something builders are typically open to?
