Documents over 90 days old

I signed my contract in Aug and the builder started on our home on 9/4 and on 9/18 the slab was poured and nothing else since then, builder says they are waiting on the lumber to be delivered, so sthey can start the frame process, anyway my documents expire on 11/26 ( 90 day mark) at that time my LO will start to ask to update my documents, will she pull credit again then or wait until our home is almost complete? Almost like the builder is at a stand still yet next month my docs will expire. Plus we still need to lock in our rate, any insight would be helpful

Thanks

Re: Documents over 90 days old

Credit will be pulled again and new banking statements will be needed when home is almost complete. Rate locks usually happen about 2 or 3 months out, assuming you have a standard 4-6 month build as most people do.
